Challenge:
In my "Layout and Typography" course at S.A.I.T., we designed a marketing package for the Calgary Stampede as a class project. This was not intended for public use.
My Approach:
I combined traditional Western typography with contemporary imagery to capture the "old-west" vibe of the Calgary Stampede and appeal to a modern audience. Consistency was maintained by using grids, master pages, and style guides.
Result:
The product was a multi-page 7" x 10" document. It was output on 80# Cover and 80# Text stock.
