Challenge:
I was notified that the latest newsletter, sent out using MailChimp, had yet to be received by its intended recipients.
My Approach:
I looked at the statistics for the number of subscribers and how many had bounced. I designed a monthly newsletter template featuring new and recurring events and used appropriate colours for the month.
Result:
The recipients successfully received the newsletter format, paving the way for effective communication and information sharing.
